Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within [X] business days.

Domestic shipping (Switzerland): We ship to all Swiss addresses. Standard delivery takes 1–7 business days. Shipping costs: CHF 12 per package, or free on orders over CHF 100.

International shipping: We ship to selected countries in Europe and around the world. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. Customers outside Switzerland are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

Lost or damaged parcels: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@thecollateral.ch within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
